Please submit plans for new home building, remodels, and additions to the Property Owners Association prior to submitting them to Calaveras County.
 

Contact Manager Ward Redman at (209) 795-1971 for a copy of the Standards and for information about submitting all building and remodeling plans to the Property Owners' Association for review. Ward also has a wealth of information about the permitting process and other aspects of Calaveras County government.
