Board of Directors Meeting Information and Agenda
The Board of Directors meets on the second Saturday of many months throughout the year at 9:00 a.m. (There is never a meeting in December.) The By Laws state that meetings shall occur at least quarterly; the Board meets more often when there is Association business that needs to be addressed.
Association Members are welcomed to attend. To confirm that a meeting is scheduled in a particular month, or for other questions about an upcoming Board meeting, please contact the Association Office at (209) 795-1971.
