"Big TREES Village Voice" Newsletter
The Big Trees Village Voice is our newsletter and it is mailed to all property owners in Big Trees Village. We have published six editions to date, beginning with the Summer 2006 Issue*. Copies of the Village Voice may be obtained here or by contacting Manager Ward Redman at the Association Office (209) 795-1971.
The Spring 2010 edition contains useful information for all property owners in Big Trees Village, includng the Recreation Center summer schedule. Thanks to BTV Association Board Member Nancy Larson for volunteering to create and edit the Village Voice. Thanks too to Stevens Publishing for providing all the printing services, paper and envelopes at no cost to the Association. Big Trees Village property owners Mary Ellen and Bob Nikkola own Stevens Publishing and have been providing this service to the Association for many years. (Please note that the Spring 2010 edition is a 6 MB pdf download. The 2009 edition is 4 MB and the earlier newsletters are much smaller files.)
*Prior to the Summer of 2006, newsletters were mailed to those who chose to be Associate and Recreation Center members. However, the Board of Directors decided it was important to provide information about our community to all property owners and therefore the Village Voice is now mailed to all who own property in BTV. There may be a few property owners who are not yet receiving the newsletter. While we have current mailing addresses for those who are members of the Association, we rely on the publicly available mailing addresses from Calaveras Country for other property owners in our Village.
